1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Shadhna Multipack Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and supplier of wooden pallets, boxes, crates, runners, skids, and industrial wooden packaging solutions.
All information on this website is for general business purposes only.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We supply products based on:

• Availability of raw materials

• Custom specifications provided by the buyer

• Agreed pricing

• Delivery timelines

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change any product or service without prior notice.

3. QUOTATIONS & PRICING

• All quotations are valid for a limited period (usually 7–15 days) unless specified.

• Prices may change based on raw material cost, design changes, or additional requirements.

• Taxes, transportation, heat treatment, fumigation, and loading charges (if any) are additional unless mentioned.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS

To process an order, clients must provide:

• Complete specifications

• Quantities

• Delivery address

• Required certifications

Payment terms:

• Advance payment is required for confirming any order.

• Balance payment must be cleared before dispatch unless other terms are agreed in writing.

• Delay in payment may delay production & delivery.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

• Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, order size, and manufacturing capacity.

• The company is not liable for delays caused by transport, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events.

• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods leave our factory.

• Transit damage is not our responsibility unless transport is arranged by us and agreed in writing.

6. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For custom pallets, crates, boxes, or packaging:

• Drawings/specifications must be approved by the buyer.

• Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.

• No returns or refunds for customized items.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Wooden packaging products are non-returnable.

• Cancellation is only accepted before manufacturing starts.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Goods once dispatched cannot be returned.

8. QUALITY & WARRANTY

We ensure quality based on agreed specifications. However:

• Wood is a natural material; variations in color, grain, moisture, or texture may occur.

• Warranty does not cover improper handling, storage damage, moisture damage, or overloading by the buyer.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, images, text, and content on this website belong to Shadhna Multipack Solution Pvt. Ltd.
Copying, reproduction, or use without written permission is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• Loss due to improper use of products

• Damage caused during transit or storage

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays caused by third-party logistics

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Any personal information shared via our website, forms, or communication is used only for business purposes.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
